Refund policy

To return for store credit or exchange an item purchased on Lily Pad Lingerie’s website, please contact the store by calling 250-590-5032 or email info@lilypadlingerie.com. Once the return has been arranged, you may return the item either in person at our store or by mail.

We will gladly return for store credit or exchange the eligible products received within 14 days of the ship date. To be eligible items must be returned in original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards no return will be allowed on panties, or any lingerie that includes a panty.

All sale items are a final sale.

All swimwear items are a final sale.

Note that shipping charges are not refundable.
